Need help with this Elephant wall hanging/large pendant hallmark.

I found this at a garage sale, not sure if it's art or ???  It is 10 inches long and appears to be plated copper, with art glass highlights. It has what appears to be an "AK" hallmark. Any clues? Thank you in advance for any input!

A bit of a pastiche, I'd think.  The blue glass evil eyes are Turkish.
