Need help identifying painting

I can't decipher the artist name. Nicely done but not sure if its a popular artist or what style it is. Any information is helpful. It is oil on canvas with what looks like some pencil worked in

Are you sure it's not batik?  At any rate, it's a souvenir from Africa somewhere where rondavels are used for housing.  Unlikely that the name of the artist matters.

Debora is spot on, it's a batik. Charming, but the artist isn't going to matter.

Google "African Batiks" and view images ... you see quite a few similar to yours.
