Modern art deco ish metal female bust help

Any ideas 

Bust by itself is about 9" tall

Metal hollow and non metallic 

Interior has a dark finish

You’re holding it, but I’m still doubting it.

I’m pretty sure I can see a ground stilt pull on the base, which exposes a little bit of white clay. That is not the kind of artifact you get from casting metal.

Not trying to be contrary, just want you to get an answer.
