Is this a Military related pin?

Looking for some help on this pin. It came in a lot of military items, but not sure if there is any relation with this one. No markings aside from 18K, top to bottom it is about 2-1/4".

Looks like a smokey quartz/topaz. A photo of the 18 k marks please. What it the military mark you see?

here is the 18k mark. There are no other markings, and yes I believe the stone is a smoky topaz.

It is not military, or military-related.  Military sweeheart pins have some version / variation of the military insignia worn by the person who gives the pin to the sweetheart.

This is a piece of women's jewellery designed so that it may be worn on a chain, as a pendant, or with the bar pin.
