If you're asking for help from the board, you can start by posting a photograph of the full work and close-ups of any printer's marks, etc. Also details as to size and type of paper stock.

Your question is none too specific, so here's a really vague answer: if it's priced at the sort of figure you'd expect to pay for a reprint, the chances are it's a reprint.
