Help with Asian Characters on Jade Pendant with 24K Gold Bear?

I'm hoping that someone can help me identify and/or translate the Asian characters on the back of this pendant. The bear is 24K gold mounted on jade. Thank you in advance.

I can't read hanzi (Chinese) or kanji (Japanese), but here's what information I got from Google Translate:

和 田 玉  Hetian jade

定  set

金  gold

By the way, I think the figure is a tiger.

I'm not Chinese, (Japanese) but by googling more it reads

足金 means 

Chuk Kam in English
It's technically Gold, but the purity is 99.0%, not

99.9% then it must read 千足金

99.99％, then it will be called in Chinese, 万足金

Also, that 99.99 pure gold looks like it is only a layer of foil 9999.9999 cm thick.

I think you got the decimal point in the wrong place. That would be almost 100 meters thick.
