Any help in telling me what organization this is will be truly appreciated!

The close-up is so out of focus, I can't makle anything of it.  If you could tell us what that motto is (on the blue banner, beneath the flags), it would be a big help.  And is there anything at all written on the book?  And is there something beween the two flags, a sun, maybe...?

Odd Fellows of Los Angeles? I agree with Maxine- a clear closeup showing the symbols/wording on the white disc would help a great deal.

My apologies on the poor photo. At the top of the flag stars (blue area) are L on left & A on right. Between the flags is a tiny circular sun type emblem. Bottom banner says from left to right: Patriotism..Royalty...Honor. The open book on stand says: Holy Bible. 13 gold stars at bottom.

Thanks.  When I have somer time later today, I'll take a look around for this.  I'm pretty sure that would be Patriotism.  Loyalty.  Honor.  (Not Royalty).
