Help! What is it? Who Created it? Time Period?

Had trouble putting it together.  I think I got it right.  Made of wood and metal.  About 11 inches tall. Does anyone have a clue

Garden art?  Looks like a stylized Anthurium, or maybe an Arum Lily.

That looks pretty **bleep** old. Looks like it is from the 1300's or 1500's. Might even be from the 1600's. Not sure what language that is. It might not even be a language. I am pretty sure that is the companys logo (emblem). It is used to pile up soil and to loosen up gravel for planting.

Where I am is classified.  Somewhere near 3rd planet.   Does MOMA really answer questions ?  I was thinking maybe mid modern.
