Going to charge me for revising type revisions ?

So ..I tried to revise one of my listings since eBay was telling me i had basically 200 listings that needed the revisions before they actually start. So the type was telling me I was gonna be charged the 35 cents per listing to revise them? 

Ya..I am not going to do that without more explanation! 3 item specifics and the type needed changed?

So what do you all think about this item specs and type that needs revisions on eBy?

I sell art ..paintings which is the category  already chosen..so seems like a bit of a mess or problematic at the least?

Some people on these threads are saying it is a display glitch, and that you won't actually be charged... BUT it isn't something I know about, so I can't tell you whether that advice is correct:
