Dont worry I wont hurt you. Have you lately seen seen Jody  Gacooke and the rest. I would worry about them. I dont want to take their job from them.:^O.

You all kill me. Im only doing strength training. I to think it's unattractive to see a lady with built up muscles. It's cheaper to go to the gym  than going to physical therapy.
