If you have already purchased 3 from this seller, then you have already reached the limit. How do I buy more items form the same seller at one time? I have purchased many different sellers and this does not apply to all. What is going on?

The seller limits the # of items you can buy.

I contacted the seller and she doesn't have any limits set.

Contact the seller and let them know you want to purchase more items from them, but their buyer restriction won't allow you to. Ask them to adjust that for you if they want to sell you more items.

If you aren't sure what requirement is blocking the buyer, an easy thing for the seller to try is adding the ID to their buyer block exemption list.
