The number of negs is less important than the percentage of negs.
There is another poster today who ran afoul of one Bad Buyer who left her three negs crashing her FB to 91%.
If a seller has 90 negs and 1000 positive, that's 91% and a poor seller.
If a seller has 90 negs and 10,000 positive that's 99% (or 100% if rounded up) and is an excellent seller, because some people cannot be satisfied and because we all make mistakes occasionally.

I like to buy my tape 36 rolls at a time...I used to be quite nuts about the tape being clear and not yellow tinged.
fortunately its not that big a deal anymore...you can get good tape from threerb ..I have been buying tape, boxes and 000 mailers for at least 10 years and they are on the ball.
I buy at least 2000 boxes a year so I can give my customers 1st class service with usps

I've also been buying from 3rb for years without an issue.
Don't know why you would class them as a 'junk seller'.
