Not receiving items is easily remedied by utilizing eBays Money Back Guarantee. Returns,Items Not Received, and Refunds For Buyers  

You don’t say how you went about getting eBay to assist you but this is how it is done.. 

When the last day of the estimated date of delivery has passed you can…

Go to the order click I didn’t receive it, the seller has 3 days to upload tracking into the case or respond. If the seller does neither you can ask eBay to step in for a refund.

Seems like you skipped some valuable reading.  eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers offers very good help if/when a transaction goes wrong and should be mandatory reading for all buyers and sellers as well.

Have no idea what you've done so far to resolve your issue, but please read the instructions given you by ebooksdiva.

Why should I boycott eBay? None of this is happening to me.

Instead of putting notices up on Twitter and Reddit why don’t you just not use this platform? It isn’t for everyone.

There are many helpful solutions that have been pointed out time and time again. Why not try those?

eBay absolutely will assist when an item is not delivered IF the tracking reflects that it was not delivered.

If the tracking shows "Delivered," however, then that is an issue between you and the post office and eBay will not assist with that.
