Some sellers automatically produce a shipping label once an order is paid for, however, It may take days or weeks for the order to actually be shipped. The two things you need to do are:
1) Read the terms and time frames of ebay's buyer protections (money back guarantee)
2) Do not let a seller stall you from opening an item not received dispute, for more than 30 days from the last estimated delivery date, or your buyer protections will expire.
