tax deduction on my watch purchasing

please help with a solution that when i use to purchase watches from best automatic watch under 5000, there is a tax which they combine in the real price of the watch, please tell me how can i minimize the tax.

According to the available information, you just started this eBay account, and have not purchased any items with it.  If you were buying from sellers on other sites, they may have been adding taxes and possibly customs fees if they were located outside of the U.S.. 

If you have another eBay account and have not bought in the last few years. The taxes now being charged are a sales tax levied by your state.  All of the major online retail sites have been forced to become Tax Facilitators by the 45 states who are now charging sale tax on internet purchases. To calculate what the tax amount is before making a purchase multiply the purchase price by your state's sales tax % EX; price $100 x 6% = $6 total price $106  Some states charge sales tax on shipping some do not.

As mudshark has stated, sales tax is levied by the state.  If you are having the item shipped to a state that has enacted a marketplace facilitator law eBay is required by law to collect it.  If your state hasn't passed that type of law, you may be required to remit the tax to the state yourself if the seller doesn't collect it.

By the way, you may also be required to pay Duty on your purchase if it is coming from outside the country.  This would be in addition to any state sales tax collected.
