I recently shipped two items together using a single shipping label, but I have only received a refund for one of the items. I have not received the refund for the second item, even though they were shipped in the same package. Could you please look into this for me and process the missing refund for the second item?

You shipped 2 items? Why would you receive a refund for items purchased by your buyer?
If this isn't what you're asking you need to come back and make your issue clear.
Because as written it looks like your looking for refunds on items.

Are you saying that you're the buyer and you returned two items together? You need to make this clear if you want informed replies.

It sounds like @elegancebyeva bought two items and returned the two items together in the same package. She does not say if they were originally sent to her on two separate orders (I assume they were both purchased from the same seller). If they were purchased on two separate orders, each one would have had a shipping label and they should have been returned in two separate packages to keep the paperwork straight.

That would definitely cause an issue for this buyer. Thinking returns are like Amazon where they ship two different returns with one return label thinking they will receive a refund for both when in actuality on Ebay the buyer is dealing with two different sellers needing two labels.

You only mention one case ID. If these were two items from two separate listings you needed to open a case for each listing. If this was a multiple item purchase from one listing there was a place when you opened the case to indicate the quantity you were returning. The default is 1. It sounds like you failed to change it to 2. If that's the case you need to contact Customer Service through the Help & Contact link below to see if you can revise the case.
