I have problems when I check out the purchase is declined and I don't know why. I already called the bank and they told me that everything is fine, I already updated all my data.

What does it say the reason for being declined is?

Most people here would only be guessing why your payment wont go through without more information.

just say :  please check your payment detail or use a different payment method 

I already used another card and it says the same
