i tried to buy 3 items today, though  i did the payment it was not success but my account has been debited money.i didn't received a confirmation e mail and i cant see it in the purchasing history it's shown in cart, what should i do now

If the transaction did NOT complete/process, your card will show a hold on the funds. The funds are still there & should show back up in 5 business days. 

I've had the same issues before.
