order never arrived unable to get seller assistant

I have an order on Jan 22 seller reported that the items are being back order ask if I would like to cancel it. I said yes then the seller marked it shipped so I request to return it since I need the product before the new Year. I spoke to the seller multiple times to cancer and they kept saying yes but never did. it's been a week now I haven't seen any progress. Please help me.
