(new) Saved searches

Hello, I tried to add to existing posts on this but there is no way to do so.

EBAY, stop trying to oversimplify, stop dumbing down the platform, stop removing user options.

The new saved search page is terrible.  I just want a list, with small thumbnails, that I can see on one page without endless scrolling and clicks. Just put the option on the page for a list format, if some people want the new format that's fine but don't turn away your users who can read.

My business on ebay used to be aroung 600 to 1000 per month.  As you make the platform less user friendly, and by not giving most users what they want, forcing us into dumbed down UI's, my business here is falling rapidly.

I want a UI I can navigate with a minimum of clicks and scrolling.  Sorry for my rant, I've had enough.

eBay rarely reverses course when changes are implemented even when many users complain, so you may want to consider alternatives to the new page.

Some workarounds for Saved Searches can be found in this thread:

Alternate links on the Feed page, CSS hacks, and custom ad blocking rules to suppress the gallery images.

(new) Saved searches

This page is now BROKE. Pure and simple. How can I search for my keywords, for a certain model I setup a search for? ALL KEYWORDS ARE NOT LISTED ANY MORE!!! Unless the keyword I'm searching for happens to be in the first XX characters, then after that they're CUT OFF and it's IMPOSSIBLE TO SEARCH!!!

I setup searches all the time, they could list 20 different models like (model1, model2, model3, model4, model5, model6, model7), etc. etc. ALL that is cut-off and not searchable in the text of the page.

I can't search by the brand alone (which IS the first thing listed), because I have 30+ searches setup for the same brand, and again, I can't quickly see the model numbers because they're cut off.

PLEASE FIX!!!

I agree.  Techie users can cause the page to render differently, as you suggest.  But most dont have the desire, know-how or time to do that.  The change to the saved searches page is not helping ebay sell more stuff.  I used to scan my saved searches out of curiosity, now its too much work.

Thanks for your reply and time.
