my account is suspended permanently and I do not know why

I bought an item that I received on time in great shape ,I was going to leave feedback Ebay want me to continue with new account while I already have an old account with excellent feedback

  options that ebay posted I could not see anywhere that I can claim my old account.After few times Ebay send me  e mail that I am permanently suspended .

I am just a buyer and I never sold anything on Ebay

Why suspended?

I am confused.

Your original account  was suspended, so now  both accounts are now suspended.

Because we cannot see your old account, people replying here do not work for eBay, was this a high dollar item? Was your account dormant/no items bought for a long time? If that was the case, eBay could have seen your account as being hijacked. What did the message say related to the suspension? Did you buy as a guest? 

What @donsdetour is saying, If one account has been suspended, this one will be too. Was it suspended or restricted and what was your old user name?
