item that i won is no longer available and seller is gone.

won an item a few days ago, after winning it got an email the next day from eBay saying the item is no longer available. I tried to message the seller but it showed as not a registered user.  Am I still able to get a refund?

Yes. Go to the resolution center. Link at bottom of page. File an item not received case.

I think Supplier been suspend due to violation of ebay policy. You can get refund after chat with ebay help page

Before the listing disappeared was there a tracking number?   From what I've read and experienced in the past I think you still have to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed.

When eBay removes a seller, there is no longer any estimated date: You can request a refund right away, @ragmah86. However to make it easy, eBay also voided the item number, so you cannot start a case at the resolution center, which requires a valid item number.

Instead, go to the full website, not the app or the mobile site, then at the bottom of your Purchases page, select I don't get any under More action beside the item. Submit the request, then after 3 business days click Ask eBay to step outside if you still don't have a refund.

Please click on See Order Details, @ragmah86. What's the estimated delivery date now? So yes, you can request a refund right away.
