Hi everyone,
i ordered at Aug 09, 2022 an item as new and on 29/08/2022 i received a used one...
I spoke with the seller and since then he tells me for the last 7 months, that he has send a new sealed product, refusing to refund money.
When I finally never received the correct product, he told me that he would refund the money, which never happened.
He never gave me a tracking number so I could see if the process got stuck somewhere in my country.
The last 6 days he just not answering to my messages...
What can i do to force him return my money or send me a new sealed item ?

eBay's buyer protection, the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) only lasts for 30 days past the last estimated delivery date, or from a tracking number's Delivered scan. PayPal and most credit card providers will give you 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase to file a dispute. Your seller took advantage of your inexperience to stall you into losing your protections.
Since you are located in Greece, which does not have its own ebay site, you probably signed up to use ebay from one of the European sites, ebay U.K., France, Germany... You should login to that site to read the terms of the Money Back Guarantee. There is usually a link to the policy in the upper right of most listing pages.
In the future try to avoid buying from chinese sellers, they are known for trying to trick people into losing their buyer protections.
