Maybe you are the buyer in this scenario you were pretty vague so I assumed you were the seller.
If you are the buyer:
If you've changed your mind and no longer want to return your item, it's easy to cancel your request. Here's how:

Fully refund them.
It doesn't matter if you don't have returns available on your items anyone can force a return by saying the item wasn't as described. You can either fully refund them without having them return it or pay for them to return it before you fully refund them. If you don't do anything eBay will just take your money and let them keep the item.

How does this work? I went on there like you said but didn’t see a button to hit see request details nor could I close my request! What should I do I don’t want to return my order anymore!

Look at your RETURN DETAILS page @juca_9778
at the bottom right-hand corner, a CANCEL RETURN link that you can click.

Hi @charl-work
Your return request will ‘time out’ on its own if you do nothing … after about 3-4 weeks.

If you are using your phone, put your browser in "Desktop site" mode. The link to close the request will show up.
