• Last estimated delivery date.
• Where was the item coming from?
• Did you receive the item or not?
• Was there tracking that had a Delivered scan, but you did not receive it?
• Was the item not s described, if not, how long since it was delivered has it been?
• If you contacted the seller what was their reply?
