help please re returning an item

Hi. I am trying to return an item as it is not as described. When I fill in the page its asking for a photo. I am 84 and dont have the facilities to upload a photo. Can you please advise what I can do. When I asked the seller for a returns label they said to contact ebay but how?The seller did not include an invoice so I dont have any reference number. Your help would be greatly appreciated

For a “not as described” return eBay wants one or more pictures now. Contacting eBay will be of no help. Could you ask a relative, friend or neighbor to help you with pictures? You have 30 days from delivery date to open the return case.

It does seem odd that you can not create a return without uploading a picture.  Many people who buy on eBay would not have the ability to take and upload pictures to eBay.  Call eBay and see they can push the return request thru.

See if this will take you to the item you purchased.  If it does the it will have your order with the Order Number.  If you click on the order it should take you back to the original listing with the Item Number.  You can also click on More actions to get to the Returns request.

Do you know how to hover over, right click and save a photo? If so, you can use that image to upload. Fingers crossed...

Is the item small enough to take to the local library? Do you have a cell phone ? Perhaps you can go to the library and someone can help you take the photo and send it. You might get help too from a neighbor or a friend?   Do you attend a church or a synogue? Perhaps someone there can help you.
