What's the reason for the question?
If you are asking as a seller, you will see a buyer's whole username with their feedback number. You can click on that and select Left For Others, to see what they have posted. The feedback a buyer receives will always be 100% positive, since buyers cannot receive negative feedback.
Except for these boards, and toolhaus, before it shut down, we have not been able to access other buyer's info since ebay started scrambling IDs. You see on a bid history list, a buyer's feedback number, but it is not clickable. The scrambled ID can be clicked on to see what else a buyer has bid on, but that's all.
