Is anyone else experiencing problems with esnipe? Whenever I copy/paste an item number into the box on their page and click next, I get a message that says:

"eBay auction not found. Auction item number or link not valid? Please review your entry and try again. Error Code BE-A1."

I've tried using my desktop, ipad and iphone and get the same message!! I've emailed their support tech for the last 3 days, but have not gotten any help/response.

Anyone have this problem and/or a clue as to how to fix it? I've been using esnipe for over 10 years!!!

It might be the copy it grabbing more than it should. Try typing the listing number in. I used esnipe a few days ago and had no issues. I have had problems when I copy tracking numbers and past into shipper's sites that it copied far too much.

Sounds more like an eSnipe issue than an eBay one

I am having the same problem since 10-7-21. I have emailed support and received no reply. Usually, they replay within a few days but not this time. I have used eSnipe for over 10 years and never had a problem that they wouldn't address. T think I will sign up for Bidslammer.

Yes. I have been having problems with this for at least 2 weeks. The first time it happened it was resolved in a day or so. It has happened intermittently over the last 2 weeks for short periods but now for the last 4 days I have been unable to use it at all. Esnipe seems pretty non-chalant about the issue.

Yes, me as well, having the same issue. Has never happened before in over 10 years of using this. And no support yet re: email answer, from their Support dept. I guess Same problem today. I'll try again tomorrow.

you are getting white space with the number when you copy; so it dont find the item.

I have made an executive decision and I am going to ditch esnipe!! I am moving to AuctionStealer and moving on with my ebay life. NO TIME for NO customer support or loyalty.....altho I have been an esnipe user for over 10 yrs!!! Time to move on.....thanks for all the support and it's nice to know it wasn't just me.

I had the same problem starting yesterday. I even manually typed in the number and still same error. Wrote support / help request. I did not hear back. Not even a ack of receiving the help request. Sounds like it has been broken for 4 days. I still have a lot of bid credit and an auction I want is expiring today. Guess I'll have to try to manually bid for this one.

Hello, I'm glad I found this forum! I have been having this same issue with eSnipe for the past 3 days. I used eSnipe extensively in years past, but have not used it in the last couple years. So I was assuming that it was something that I was doing wrong. Everything else seems to work OK, and it showed things correctly in my account. I have bidpoints remaining.... But whenever I entered an eBay listing number, eSnipe reported the error message, showing that it could not find the listing.

I did send a couple messages to the esnipe support, but have not received any reply. I guess it's time to look for another sniping program 😞

Me too! Add another to the list. I've used it for 15+ years and never had a problem until now. Weird and something of a mystery, but VERY frustrating.
