ebay customer service is not bad, it's non-existent!

ebay does everything in it's power to not help their customers. No chat, no phone, no email...really? I had an unscrupulous seller give me false delivery dates, wouldn't cancel an order upon request, still shipped it well after promised delivery date. When I tried to follow up with ebay on the claim after the seller shipped it this is what I got for hours ad they only give you 24 hours to respond.

I took up with paypal, ebay was so excited, they couldn't wait to wash their hands of it. I have learned a lesson, hopefully ebay continues to loose business and put us consumers and themselves out of our collective misery. Would rather pay more than deal with this **bleep**.

Absolutely. The chat function is useless. I've been ripped off by seller fashion-hub2017, who I also believe is falsely listing their location and I can't get help from anywhere for a refund!!! Urgh!

You need to file a claim with eBay's MBG - either for INR or INAD
