eBay owes Explanation and Apology.

Look me up!  Over 25 years as an eBay client. 100% Feedback on over 3200 transactions. 5 stars in a rating in all categories.  I'm committed to doing things right. You would think eBay would value my account. Think again. Recently they used a fraud scam to demean me and steal nearly $1000 for me. Does anyone know how I can reach someone in management with half a brain at eBay?  Nather me of the Post office has been able to get the genius's at eBay's escalation team to wake up. I want to help eBay to learn about how they were fooled, and how they ruined good faith.  Please connect me with a real person (not a bot) who I can discuss this with.

You can try ebay on facebook. Write a PM private message to customer service. Members have wrote here they have had good luck getting help.

Were you scammed as a BUYER?  or as a SELLER?  If you provide that information and some details, chances are better that you receive from members here the information needed to proceed.  

If you don't want to use the eBay social media portals, you are stuck with the call back or chat feature that connects you with outsourced foreign call center reps that have no real authority to help you, and often give misinformation that, if you follow the advice, may indeed make your situation worse.

This is your 4th post this month about how eBay done you wrong. In each of them posters have asked you for the details of your issue. Those details are necessary to be able to advise you on next steps to take. And in every case you've ignored those queries and simply started a new thread to rant about whatever unknown problem you're having. So again, no one can help without more information. And I don't think your rants are doing anything but raising your blood pressure.

You have posted 2 other topics about this matter, to which several of us have replied.  I did post a reply yesterday, telling you exactly what to do if you were the victim of a fake tracking scam, below is a link to that topic.  You can find the first one by going to the upper right corner of this page click on your avatar symbol there and select My profile.
