Hi,
I'd really appreciate some advise. I have a customer who damaged a beautiful silk dress that I sold to her. The dress arrived in pristine condition and was returned with brown packaging tape stuck to it. I have refused to fully refund her and sent pictures to eBay for comparison including the returned packaging used to support my case.
In the meantime, she has multiple accounts as she bids up her items to sell. This I can prove. She is using these accounts to outbid serious buyers and then refuses to pay for the items and I have to raise UPI disputes and the order gets cancelled and I offer it then to the next highest bidder. How can I prove to eBay that this is her using her other accounts? I have already reported her and I don't think anything has been done. I am blocking each one as it comes along after the orders are cancelled but this is just getting me down to be honest. Is it just a case of grin and bear it and hope she either runs out of accounts or just gets bored or is there something constructive I can do?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
A x

Is the buyer who left negative FB for you? If so, I will suggest that you either contact ebay.uk.co or ask on the community board in the UK. Sorry that I have no other advice, but things are slightly different when it is international rules/laws are in place.

I believe you can report her for malicious and unwelcome bidding. Bidding with intent to disrupt a listing. Report each id.
If you have a list of these ids, you might try to call eBay Customer Service, Trust and Safety, give them each id and report.
I didn't realize you were in the UK as previous poster did. Their advice is spot on; you might want to try your country's Board or contacting ebay UK.
Sorry this has happened to you and good luck.
