eBay is becoming the best place for scam sellers

I have been buying on eBay for many years, but in the last 2 months alone I have lost over $200 due to fraudulent sellers. The last time the seller provided me with a tracking number for a package that was already on the way at the time of my order, and the fake package weighed 15 pounds less than my order. Of course, item never arrived,  Money back guarantee does not work, ebay resolved the dispute in favor of the seller

Tried this ......  its just not working out .......  I am getting nowhere fast here.... I just dipute it through my bank then they will reach the firm that is doing this or get back what they stole from me.Never check out as a guest on Ebay your just asking for it these days.

Thank you everyone for your help, sympathy and participation. After considering my appeal, eBay refunded my money with the wording that after a detailed review of my case, they came to the conclusion that my package was lost during the delivery process.

This is happening to me right now. The seller was supposed to send a ryobi paint gun and mailed  an envelope to a random person in my town. I keep requesting the address they shipped it to and they keep sending me the tracking number. Of course they tell me because I'd have the proof of whatever trinket they shipped o my zip code. Very frustrating !!!!!  What can I do?  never had this happen before.

If it never arrived why didn't you go through the INR process?
