customer service is null and void at ebay. How do you get a PERSON?

Ordered an item.  EBAY arbitrarily changed the shipping address.  Will not let me contact them or seller.  more than 2 hours and 15 screens with no success.

It looks like you created your ID a few days ago and live in Mexico. Before doing anything I would see if the purchase actually went through and got paid by whatever credit card you paid for it first. The address you signed up with eBay is the address it should be mailed to. Sellers are not always around to answer emails on the weekend.

No worries @mar27380 your seller is sending your item to a shipping hub in US, and from there it will be reshipped internationally to you.

Have you considered that your seller might be using eBay's international shipping program and that the address you see is that of the forwarding hub in Illinois?

What is the address that you are seeing?  Cual es la direccion que vez.  Dice el estado de Illinois?
