I purchased an item and did not receive it. I created a case and within the case there is email history including the communication from the seller. Ebay closed the case because of "no activity." I have not received the item, two months after expected delivery. What are my options?

I can explain this. When you open up an INR case the seller has to resolve the issue one way or another. If after 3 days nothing is resolved you may ask ebay to step in. Sadly ebay cannot help you now as no action was taken, the issue was closed. I would read up on this dispute below as it has good pointers

In the meantime, if you paid with PayPal you have 180 days from purchase to open a dispute. Otherwise if you paid with a bank card/or CC I would see if you open a dispute with them. Best of luck OP
