cancelling purchase before payment

I bid on an item and won the auction. When contacted by the seller, was informed of problems that were not listed with the product. Bicycle had broken and repaired frame, inoperative brakes, etc not listed in sales material. Owner agreed it should have been listed with the product. I didn't pay for the item and do not want the item. Ebay continues to send me emails to pay for the item. I cannot find anyone to talk to solve this problem.

Unless/until the seller CANCELS the transaction, eBay has no way of knowing what has transpired and will continue to remind you to pay.

The person who needs to solve the problem is the seller.  Contact the seller immediately and tell him/her to cancel the transaction.
