buying &custom fees from Sri Lanka

hello everyone found a 39" 100cm pet cat plush pillow i want to buy  for 69.99 took me 2 years to find it but located in Gonagolia Sri Lanka yeah Sri Lanka the seller has free shipping than it says additonal custom & processing fees may apply ?? would appreciate any opinion thoughts or comments  on  this  please  sure many of you have been through out of country  deals   THANK YOU for your time

Those possible fees are based on the country that the item is shipped to. Likely there would be none to the US.

99.9% of the sellers registered in Sri Lanka drop ship all of their items from huge China located warehouses or they would not be able to ship for free. Unless this was only a "one of" listing, chances are that is where it will come from, and there is the possibility of them not being available or not arriving.

As for U.S. customs fees, in general there are none on items costing less than $800.
