A return was issued through ebay because the state of an item that I purchased did not match the description. After a brief dispute with the seller, ebay stepped in and issues a return. I gave it the return tracking for the case and it said that I would be refunded when it has been returned.

It's been one week since it has arrived and no movement has been made on the case at all. Not even acknowledged that it has arrived. What should I do?

Open the return case. What exactly does the timeline in the return case show for the tracking?

Is the tracking number in the return case correct?

Is the "ask eBay to step in" button available?

eBay says the seller is supposed to issue a refund by 2 days after tracking shows delivered. If they don't you have only 10 days to ask eBay for the refund. Better hurry.
