Wrong rating

Hello

I gave a wrong person.  The person I gave a great rating was not for this person.  It was for another person ...how can I change it...I cant even find where to look for ratings...  Thanks for your help!

Positive feedback can't be changed or transferred.

Well Ebay had to refund my money because of this person.  I thought I was giving a different person the rating.

I guess I can call and see if I can get help.  Thank you for your response!

What about positive feedback can't  be changed do you not understand?

You may leave a followup reply saying  Sorry, the feedback was meant for another seller. This seller blah, blah, blah.

You can't change the feedback but you can add a Response.

The most effective Responses are calm, factual and short.

While you can use up to 500 keystrokes to correct the record, anything over 100 makes the Responder look like a crackpot.

If you can keep the Response down to 50 keystrokes (not words, keystrokes) it will be more effective.

"Positive FB left for wrong seller Very unhappy experience but refunded" for example.

(Note that punctuation is a keystroke but capitals are not. )
