Would like to report a seller who tried to get me to cancel a purchase and repay thru Paypal to save

I purchased a very expensive item from a seller. after the sale, they tried to get me to go thru with a cancellation and repay for item directly on Paypal so they didn't have to pay ebay fees. I have the message 

in my ebay messages. how do I send this to ebay??  thanks

WOW. A bad apple. Have you looked to see if this seller experienced any consequence? Should be suspended for life IMO. 

I'm VERY curious about how long they'd been selling and # of seller feedback comments. Thank you for your time.
