I can't seem to get for parts or not working pull up in the menu anymore. What gives?

Try adding this term to the end of your search URL:
&LH_ItemCondition=7000
That should give you items that are listed as condition "parts or not working".

What is it that you are searching for that you want it for parts? I do not believe that all categories have a For Parts, Not Working search filter.
I just did a general search for a Samsung Galaxy, Category, Cell phones parts and accessories. The first results page in the left hand column had a condition filter "For Parts".

That's interesting, It does pull up with your search category..
A search of Multimeter doesn't show, until you insert the condition code into the address bar. There's 768 broken or uncalibrated multimeters out there lol.
@eburtonlabI did just find that trick out. It works well.
