What do I do when an item has been shipped but is in tracking number limbo

I ordered a TCG from a seller and it has been shipped but it's stuck on tracking number and I contacted the seller and they said it has been shipped and now it's one day past the delivery date.

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

All shipping services are overwhelmed this time of year.

As to the Tracking issue - type the Tracking # into USPS.com - see what they say.

I am currently in the same predicament, but my items are just now starting to move my way.

Be patient, try to relax, you can always file a dispute if the item is never delivered.

This is the time of the year when items are in limbo. Would I do an item not received past delivery date?

No. It has tracking so it will get to you when it gets to you. It's not lost. Open an item not received and seller will block you from future purchases. If you haven't notice the weather has been awful from east coast to west coast including Florida.

You have 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case. So you have time. All shipping services are backed up this time of year.
