What do I do if a seller I bought from didn’t answer my questions?

So I asked this seller some questions, after a few days I just purchased the item since the questions weren’t super important. I bought the item, it’s been 2 days and nothing. I’m worried that they won’t even ship it..? And I can’t just buy from another seller, it’s one of a kind, not sold anywhere else.

Sellers are not required to answer questions or use tracking to show that an item has shipped.  If your item has an extended outside delivery date, chances are their handling time is several days to two weeks or more. All you can do now is to wait until either the item is delivered or  the last estimated delivery date has passed, then open an Item Not Received (INR)  dispute.

There was an estimated delivery date shown to you in the listing.

You saw that date and decided to make the purchase.

The seller is not required to answer your questions or tell you when he ships.

Now would be a good time for you to read it so you will know what to do in case the transaction goes wrong.

As mentioned sellers are not required to answer questions or reply to messages.  If you asked questions prior to committing to the purchase and didn't receive a reply, why did you buy the item and not move on to a different seller?
