Anyone know why this message keeps popping up when trying to add product to my cart?

it presents as if it is and I mean, allows me to push the Add to Cart button in the first place. But it's after I do that, instead of being taking to the item being added to the cart, I get that page I provided

Is there a buy-it-now option that you can use rather than adding the item to your cart?

 

If you must use a cart to combine items into one purchase, try signing in to ebay.ca and see if you can add the item to the cart there instead.

That's interesting, it says 

The seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you.

 
what on earth does that mean? 
Like did they block me from buying?

There could be several reasons for getting that message. Perhaps posting the ebay item number in the upper right of the Item Specifics box, could tell us why you are getting that message.

If you have bought from this seller before, then yes, it looks like they blocked you for some reason.  Is this the seller you left negative feedback for?

The seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you.

 

Typically that is the message one sees when one's account is specifically blocked by a seller.

No, I don't think I've left any neg feedback for anyone, but this particular seller, I was quite fond of. All I remember doing was telling them, I wish their product was available from a US shipper so I could get it sooner. Next thing I know the product was available from a US shipper (which delighted me, but when I went to purchase, it gave me the message I started this post with. I then did the same thing I did here, and screenshot the message and showed the seller, but never heard back from them. No I can't think of why they would have blocked me honestly. I bought like 3 of their products before

well, I just contacted the seller to see why they blocked me, maybe it was a mistake. I honestly am 100% baffled and confused by this, as I said, I was happy with their products, left good reviews each of the multiple times I purchased. I'm just not sure, but oh well. Thanks anyway everyone for chiming in. It is what it is

Ok, yes, I found it and I remember that neg review. It deserved it! But this is not a product of that seller that has blocked me.

You said you have messaged the seller to ask why you were blocked. You will most likely never hear back from them, because most sellers who block buyers also block communications from them.

I take it the seller was originally shipping from China, and is probably registered there.   If they started listing items with American Flag symbols and statements about being a U.S. shipper, they might have worried that you might buy something, they didn't have in the U.S. and had to ship it from China, causing you to leave a feedback saying that, and blowing their game, so blocking you was a way to protect them from being outed.
