Purchased item on 04/02.
Was dispatched on 08/02 with a tracking no.
Supposedly delivered on 11/02 by Leicester East DO which is not even in the island I'm on.
Just seen a message from ebay that "The item you won is no longer available" which I bet means that it's a scam and I'll never see it.
The "more actions" button to complain that the item has not arrived is not visible, perhaps because the estimated delivery was 20/02 and maybe it won't show up until then.
Sure, I can wait until that time and even attempt to contact the seller in the meantime, but could someone who's been through this before please reassure me that I will definitely be able to get my money back if I do this within 30 days of that date? Surely, they're going to compare my order address with the one it apparently ended up in?
