Unable to find purchase records using order number

I recorded every purchase with order number.

Once i leave feedback, i delete that order from my history page thinking it will still be saved somewhere.
Now i need to do taxes and i cannot find my items by order number

Am i done ?

Listing pages are purged after 90 days.

You have access to summary purchase information for up to 3 years.

I keep all my purchase/auction wins emails in a folder so that’s how I keep my records.

ebay could not possibly keep every listing page indefinitely, that would require an insane amount of storage space.

You can request your past purchase history from ebay by;  Going to your Account >> account settings >> request your eBay data and select purchases.  It takes a week or so for them to be sent to you.  FYI, purchase order details cannot be searched by order number but by ebay item number.

To make things easier in the future, I would suggest, that purchases for your business and sales, be done on this account, and that you start a new account for personal buying only.  You may want to save screen shots of your monthly purchases or your order detail pages, and load them on to a memory card or drive,  to back up your tax information, should the IRS want it.

You should still be able to see all your purchases made in the last three calendar years, including order number.
