Unable to create multi user account permission

Hi there,

I just created my buying account few days back and tried to give permission of use to my assistant as eBay allow multi user account permission.

under permission when I click it below messaged pop up can anyone explain me reason.

Same happened with my old few years old account? 

Can anyone guide me how I can give multi user account access.

Multi user account access is for sellers, not buyers. You have to have a selling account, and be opted in to the seller hub to be able to use it.

The permissions that are available for you to give to other accounts don't include buying, according to the list on the linked page.
