Hi. I’m a buyer and I can tell you there are serious problems with the USPS deliveries. I ordered several items from amazon and 1 from eBay. The shipments were going to be delivered over a 3 day period per the orders. Day 1 - everything delivered. Day 2 missing 1 item and it shows delivered to my apartment mailbox. Day 3, received 2 missing 2.
Most of of us buyers aren’t trying to rip you off. We just want our merchandise. It’s usps. They marking everything delivered. I’m no longer buying anything from EBay that is shopped through USPS. — So if u want to keep your buyers offer options. Cuz I spent money On stuff I didn’t get!

This isn't a USPS issue in general, but an issue with your delivery driver. Some drivers get lazy and scan all the packages on their routes "delivered" before they even leave the post office. Your packages may have been placed in a neighbors mailbox too. Talk with both your driver and your neighbors and try to work it out. It sucks when it happens, but USPS isn't going anywhere. They are my first choice when shipping, becuase the other 2 are insanely more expensive, not more reliable, and are a pain to deal with in my experience.

You shouldn't generalize about the entire USPS system based on your own specific experience. As noted in the other post, this is not standard USPS procedure. You need to talk to your local Postmaster about your delivery issues.

The problem is not ebay's it is with the USPS, and even your Amazon purchases will run into issues.
Have you checked the time stamps on the missing items to see when they were marked as delivered? Do the times match when you usually get mail delivery?
Since you live in an apartment, do packages get dropped into a special secure box, or are they left in a common area or at your door? Maybe there is a porch pirate working your area.
Have you tried contacting your local P.O. if not try that and ask if a substitute carrier has been working your route. Subs often get mixed up, especially in large complexes.
If you cannot reach your local P.O. go online and search for the USPS customer service site. They will give you the option to call or file a missing package case online. You may have to wait awhile if you call, but I've found that is the best way to get results. If you live in a large complex ask for the GPS coordinates. Maybe some of your packages were delivered to a different building.
Good luck.

THE SCREEN SHOT? what was that for? to show you have a 100% ? you had 12 feedback over the last 12 months? and/or you total feedback is 35?
just not sure what that is all about.... as for the USPS...well YOU need to go takk to your post office, and mail person spacifically... being an APT...maybe you have thieves, or at least a terrible system to receive packages...leaving them is never good....and if there is an office--talking to them and understanding why theu don't have them....
I would look into having packages held at the post office to be picked up by you when you can....or a person/friend you know will be home ...old person-neighbor?...
you generalized the mail system, and yes they have issues(as do all of them)....BUT the bigger part maybe your end...delievering to your apartment address.... just a thought...you can't really change the whole mail syatem...but maybe you can modify it on your end..that last bit to get it to you.

I've shipped one package in five years that was misdelivered; it showed up at the correct address two days after the misdelivery.
Your problems are isolated to YOUR mail route or apartment. They are not USPS-wide problems, and the possibility of losing one buyer out of thousands is not enough to make me offer alternative shippers.
Talk to your postmaster.

The screen shot was to show I’ve been ordering off eBay since 2005. And yeah I’m still at 100%. I’m not someone who’s trying to cheat the system. It’s just really frustrating when you order, don’t receive the order and eBay tells you case closed it was delivered per the tracking. I live in a very large building. So it’s possible it was put in someone else’s box.
Buyers have only received positive feedback since 2008; your 100% is absolutely meaningless.
Yes, your package may have been placed in someone else's box. Talk to your mail carrier; talk to your postmaster. eBay's sellers aren't going to fix your problem.

You can call your Post Office and they can check the GPS and see exactly where the items were delivered.
Most things ship by USPS.
If your apartment mailbox is not secure, theft may have occured and this is not on the USPS. You may want to rent a post office box in that event as a buyer is required to provide a safe location for delivery.
Hope your items turn up.

OP, all buyers have 100%; they can't have anything else because they can't get negatives. So everyone, no matter what, looks the same.

You can also have packages held at the PO for you to pick them up.

You didn't ask for advice but I'll offer it. GET A POST OFFICE BOX OR MOVE.
I've had three packages stolen but that's not my mail carriers fault. It's the cities fault for not allow package compartments in our community mail box.
Place the blame where the blame is due. And it's not due on eBay or it's sellers.

You've left feedback for 38 items in 13 years that equals out to less than three items a year... So I'm not sure what you're bragging about because all buyers have 100% feedback.
Ask for your delivery issue that's between you and the Postal Service not your seller and not eBay.
I truly hope you are not opening up cases against the sellers because of your delivery issue...

Did you even read the post? She’s blaming USPS not eBay or the sellers. There’s no need to be hostile toward her. She’s asking for understanding.
