The seller cancelled the transaction (winning bid) due to alleged fault of the phone. But he does have on sale another, exactly the same phone which he refuses to send instead. I doubt it really has smashed screen, as he never sent the picture, and he originaly wanted to get more for that phone (150 as he states on desciption) but I actually won it for 119, so I guess he wasn't happy about that. Please see attached photo.

can I still receive the phone? Or can I at tleast leave him a feedback comment to warn other buyers?

eBay cannot force the seller to ship the phone to you. You should be able to give a feedback to the seller but you may have to go through the feedback center to do it. Look for another phone elsewhere.

Since you are a UK buyer, you will want to post this thread on the UK discussion boards to make sure procedures for ebay.co.uk are the same as they are for ebay.com (mainly North America). The UK and the EU have consumer protections in place that those of us in the US and Canada simply aren't familiar enough with to give you reliable advice.

Also, here's the link to the ebay.co.uk Resolution Centre, where you would initiate a case (depending on your specific situation):

or the UK PayPal site:

You can't force the seller to ship anything, but you should be able to leave appropriate feedback.
You will find the "leave feedback" link at the bottom of your feedback page..

Have you paid? Don't you have to agree to the cancellation? Even if you don't, it doesn't mean he will ship. Neg and move on.
