Tracking

I purchase these 320ct Paper Hole Reinforcements which came with tracking so I could make sure I received them? Never came so I ask seller to please give me my tracking numbers on package didn’t see it posted yet ? Seller informed me no tracking ship it cheaper with out tracking he guess he should removed it from the description  in shipping Sorry he said ? But I never received my paper holes I said to seller!  Which seller  then gave me a refund and left me a feedback with personal attack on me! All I wanted was my items purchase not attack on me ! And for seller to follow what he stated on his site! Tracking and Paper Hole Reinforcements! Remove his nasty feedback

Re: Tracking

Did you open an item not received case within 30 days?

Are you are aware that you need to contact eBay and get that FB removed?

Re: Tracking

@cockerdoglady,

The listing for that item states" Free standard shipping and the method the seller used to ship the item, may not have supported tracking if they were sent in an envelope.  eBay Does Not require that a seller ship items with tracking, so they did not violate any policy.

Did you file an item not received (INR) dispute, or just contact the seller when the item did not arrive? Had you filed the dispute, the seller would have had 3 days to reply or you could have asked ebay to step in.  If all you did was message the seller, they may not have seen the message for a few days. Lots of medium and high volume sellers have a regular job and families, and are 1 or 2 person operations and they may not check their messages as often as they should. They would have been notified of a dispute on their account page not just in messages.

Use the link below to contact ebay.

On the first page use the blue Report seller button.

Next page select seller has violated an ebay policy > Continue

Next Pg. enter the seller's username, select Other, then in the text box write:

The seller left me a negative comment in a Positive  feedback

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/report-issue-seller?id=4022

Filling the report will get the feedback removed, and give the seller a defect on their account.

Re: Tracking

So, you negged the seller after they apologized and refunded the lost item.

No, the seller should not have given you a negative-positive. It's against the rules, and eBay will remove it.

But it's hard to see you as a victim after you went nuclear over a $1.99 item with free shipping. You were made whole with a refund but decided to harm the seller anyway with a negative.
