On Jan 10, I ordered an item worth $300 and the seller still hasn't shipped the package by Jan 13 to ask what is going on and to let me know if they needed more time to ship. A few hours later after I sent the message, the seller marked the order as shipped and provided a tracking number which said it was UPS but it doesn't look like the normal UPS numbers with the 1Z in front. However, the seller never responded to my message. I tried putting in the number into UPS and it said the number wasn't valid. I tried using google to search through all the carrier and it still wasn't valid. The seller had 100% positive feedback rate in the last sixth months but when I looked further into their seller feedback, it's mixed. A couple review claims that the seller never sent the ordered items. Should I be concerned? What other steps should I take?

Wait for the estimated delivery date to pass by 24 hours and claim Item Not Received.
If the seller uploads this tracking number as proof and the case closes come back here for advice on how to deal with a possible fake address scam

I know of two other buyers who have experience the same nonsense. No, we should not have to, and that is a lame answer. Fix the broken system or not only will this be my last order, but I will let as many know how invalid the tracking is. We did not have to do this previously, only recently. We do not have to do this with other companies. It is not the fault of the seller; it is yours, so take responsibility and fix it. See the garbage I got below. That last order two weeks ago or more still says the same thing, and was delivered. We need to know if we need to be home or not to accept it. Never said anything about tracking it, nor that it was delivered, to date.
It is an invalid tracking number, not "Wait for the estimated delivery date to pass by 24 hours and claim Item Not Received."
